This is clearly an advertisement for gaudy diamond jewelry, in which the message is that onlookers will be so captivated by the jewels that they won’t even notice Britney being naked.

Obviously Britney Spears assumed they would censor her naked body when this AD was released, as she has an image as a crazy talentless washed-up old whore to protect. However, Britney should have known that these behind the scenes photos have a way of leaking to the Web.
