Secondly clicking on the new post does not help..rather clicking on the newest comment does help

If you look at the comments..every comment has its own distinct time at which it was posted..
Now since people visit the website from all over the world..the conflict lies with the synchronisation of the time to that particular individual who is visiting from another country hence another time zone..which leads to failure in updation..

One the computer on which you say it works..click on the time on the bottom right hand corner..the date and time properties will appear..now go to the 4th tab “Internet time”
And see if the time synchronization or not..

In that case, it will update the time from the domain controller. However, I am not that sure. I am not that technical with the internet.
