Taylor Momsen the 16-year-old star of the CW show “Gossip Girl” was photographed walking around in an extremely short skirt and what appears to be garters.
Obviously this is a power move by Taylor to steal Miley Cyrus’ crown as the sluttiest underage actress. I must admit that the garters and torn fishnet stockings really are “classic whore”. While Miley’s slutty wardrobe seems to mainly consist of the less refined booty shorts.
