Ok. So, I was listening to this DUMB BITCH yesterday. I’m refering to Sonia Sotomayor. Apparently she does not know the difference between IMMINENT and EMINENT. She used the word EMINENT 2 times when she shoulda used the word IMMINENT when refering to a criminal pointing a gun at someone.

When someone points a gun at you, they are an IMMINENT threat to you. Meaning: either you will die or you won’t. It can happen at any moment.

It’s a case of IMMINENT threat. Not a case of EMINENT domain.
