When reached for comment Manson had this to say, “Sometimes when I’m sad I cut myself… another slice of cheese cake”
Is that really Marilyn Manson?

You’re an imbecile. This was Marilyn Manson during the Eat Me, Drink Me period, when he broke up with that Dita Von Teese slut. During the time surrounding his break up with Evan, he LOST weight. Have you not watched his video Arma-Goddamn-Motherfucking-geddon? The man is skinny. And he has multiple, recent photos on his music myspace, showing his slim weight. He is not fat. You on the other hand may be, which would explain the inspiration of this revolting post.
