She never “just came out” about it BC she thought it was no big deal and how many people beginning a career would publicly talk about their genitalia?

Being born with both genitalia is not all that uncommon, nor is it a sin or a choice they made. They are just born that way and have to deal with it, and people should be more understanding and tolerant.
