CG artist here,
girls wearing necklaces are a popular tool for “celeb fake” artist, due to the logical insertion point. This is not the insertion point on this one if it is a fake, the tendons in her neck are pushing it up, making it obvious that the neck belongs to one person at least.
Is it her? Yes, but from 1-2 years ago. I am particularly convinced of its authenticity when compared to the “near nip slip” photos, obviously you can see the area around the tip of her nipple and this girl has her face and her nipple shade and shape, which is what most “fake spotters” look for. Nipples are a great identifier just because even if the celeb has never been topless, there is bound to be some good bra-less picture around to compare the position, size and shape of the nipples to the true nude.

Es evidentemente falso. Miren la sombra detrás de su cabello, no es una sombra es cabello de color oscuro, posiblemente de la chica real. Además esa supuesta sombra no tiene el mismo ángulo de las otras, por si eso no fuera suficiente, el color de la piel de la cara es más claro que el del cuerpo, en todo caso debería ser al reves o mínimo del mismo tono de sus manos, y el pérfil del rostro es prácticamente lateral, es decir: el fotógrafo debió estar casi de lado cuando tomó la foto, sin embargo el cuerpo está un poco más atrás, no totalmente a 3/4 pero casi, en definitiva es un montaje de photoshop y bastante malo
